If you look under the hood by the distributor there will be a pigtail coming off of the wires. there is a chip that has to be pulled to set the timing.

On the 94's and 95's the spout connector is on the passenger side of the under hood area, near the air box, not like the 87-93 5.0's that have this connector right off of the distributor...

Ignition Coil Output Voltage versus a Weak BatteryYes, an ignition coil is nothing more than a dedicated, specialized transformer. As such, the lower the voltage in the primary winding, then the lower the voltage induced in the secondary [output] winding.

User Avatar

No. As you said, they are both outputs. Both are designed to send their signals to an external display. The only current HDMI- compatible connector on a computer that can be reconfigured as an input is the DisplayPort connector on the 27" iMac.

User Avatar

True. The line in the connector is a socket used to attach an audio source. The headphone connector is a socket that is used to attach an audio output device.

An output that can be placed in any of three (tri-) states: high, low, and disconnected. The disconnected state is provided so that these outputs can be used to drive common shared buses with all tristate outputs kept in the disconnected state except one, that one will drive the buss then in the next buss cycle that could disconnect and a different one would connect. This permits sharing without collisions.
