You need to know the color of the wire. If you pull the back seat you can see the motor and find out what color the wire is then start from the motor and trace the wire under the carpet and up to the fuse panel which is on the left side. There is probably a screw through the harness or something like that. You may have to pull the seats and carpet to trace it but it shouldn't be too hard.
In the trunk of the car find the wires and unplug them. Take a wire known to be hot and touch the wire. One is for up and one is for down. If they work then the relay is bad. If it still doesn't work it is the motor itself.

Bad spark plug Bad plug wire Burned valve Bad piston Do a compression test to see if the problem is engine internal
You probably have a bad washer motor and its drawing too much amperage and it is blowing the fuse or you have a short in the wire .

Remove the tcc wire from the trans connector. I don't remomber which one it is though. Try just removing the connector and see if it affects anything else.{like back up lights.]
Bad Ignition (Spark Plug) Wires. Bad Coil(s). Bad ECM or ECU. Incorrect Spark Plugs. Ground Wire(s) missing or loose. Alternator fault. Bad Battery.
there is a single plug in the back of the unit. it has a yellow. orange brown black gray and a green wire. the orange seems to be the power. the yellow is possible a speaker wire. but with just the wires on the plug its difficult to tell whats a speaker wire versys a ground or switch wire. it also appears that there SHOULD BE ANOTHER PLUG. BUT I DIDNT SEE ANYTHING IN THE DASH. that would tounf out the nessasry wire to make a 4 speaker stereo
follow the positive battery wire. you will find a boxy looking this about 8 inches long... this is your starter
to install an aftermarket radio you will have to get an "L" bracket and mount underneath the ac/heat switchboard then get a seperate wiring harness for the 3 seperate wire groups. then mount underneath. also if a center console is still their you will have to remove that.
