the ac removes hot air from cab of vehicle at the bottom of passenger feet. make sure nothing is blocking it like a plastic bag. that happened to me. a walmart bag was sucked up and i never saw it. another might be these flaps that open and close when changed from heater to ac. maybe the flap is not opening and closing correctly. hope one of these can help you.
