you must enter the 4 digit code found in the owner's manual
Get a NOCO "Settings Keeper" from Walmart in the automotive section next to the car batteries.
No I can't answer this, but I have the same question. The battery has been diconnected and the reset code is doing nothing. The 2003 TDI Jetta does not have an option to use the radio speakers for a phone... so what's up?
you need to reprogram your radio when the battery has been disconnected - see owners manual
The radio doesn't have a battery. It uses the vehicle electrical system / battery. If the power to the radio is interrupted, you will have to reenter the presets. Make sure the fuses for the radio are not blown.
you have to enter the 4 digit safe code found in your owners manual
Anytime a battery cable is removed from the battery the radio will need to have the clock reset and the radio stations re-programmed. (Helpfull)
Ok, If i remember right. when you pull the radio out of the dash with the VW Key, The fuse should be on the back of the Radio. Hope This Helps
Check the owner's manual, or go to the dealer. These will be your only resources. strangley enough after i did the power window reset my radio turned right on.
i believe you can but just make sure the radio is the same model and the one your taking out
What model corolla?
It seems like your radio is damaged. You can try to reset the system by taking out the battery, if the radio is in your car.
Get a "Settings Keeper" <NOCO brand from Walmart in the automotive section by the car batteries>. Follow directions...basically, you plug a 9-volt battery into the cigarette lighter and that supplies power to keep the computer, radio, etc. settings while you change the battery. The "little electrical box" on top of the battery is not involved at all in replacing the battery!
