The best way is to use a drill bit for metal and drill a small hole in the bolt. then use an extractor to back the broken bolt out.
You need the services of a good gunsmith
No it will not. The bolt patteren is different on the intake and heads. Won't work.
On the intake side of the head just below the intake manifold. The intake manifold has to come off to get to it. It's held in with just one bolt.
you may have to remove the intake from the block and then use an extractor tool to remove the rest. then replace the connector.
You will need to buy a e-z-out. Drill a hole in the bolt put the e-z-out in and turn ccw. The e-z-out has left hand threads on it and it will back the bolt out.
Compare the tap and die to the other bolt. make sure u comapre the threads.
Just turn the bolt on the clamp that holds the hose in place, and it will loosen, then you can slip it off.
What I did was take off the upper plenum(after taking off the throttle body, and air intake.) The bottom bolt is easier to access this way. It will only take an extra 15 minutes to take it off, and is well worth the investment.
The Dipstick tube is held in place by 1 bolt. Remove that bolt, pull the tube, insert new one, install bolt.
What is the 3.8 off of? My 3.8 in my town & country has 4 bolts spaced evenly in the back and in the front. Very easy to take off or put on...
If the bolt broke off inside the block, you can purchase a tool called an easy out. This tool allows you to remove any broken bolts of various sizes.
It is on top of the transmission under the intake housing. Take the housing off to get to it. It is held into the transmission by a clamp bolt. Not hard to get off.
