How do you get a car out of your name that is not in your possesSion with no new buyer?

Hi I have a car that I purchased and is in someone else posession and they are sub post to be paying the payments on the Truck. How do I go about getting the car out of my name at this point. I no long wish to have this Truck in my posession for a few reason and the other person has been driving it for sometime now. Could you please help.
