I would try using a penetrant spray like Liquid Wrench and some vise grips. Or if you don't have vise grips, try using a Pipe Wrench, the same type used for Plumbing. Good Luck! Got to be kidding....a pipe wrench???? Just take your car to a tire shop and they have a special socket that will remove the locking lug nut. After they remove all 4 of them, go to the auto parts store of your choice and purchse replacement standard lug nuts.
