Theres a tool that will engage the clip on the back side of the crank, you can find the tool at most auto parts stores.
with a window crank removal tool.

They sell a window crank removal tool to open the cotter in and slide off the winow crank handle. Slide the tool under the window handle and push the cotter pin back, off comes the handle
should be an Allen head or torx screw in the center of the crank.
If it's a true z34 90-94 there is no window crank they ALL had power windows.....
There is a c-clipthat holds the crank in place,you just need to push it off and the crank comes off.

Their is a special tool to remove manual crank window cranks and it will work for almost any car. You can pick one up at auto zone
There is a retaining ring just on the inside of the handle. Once you get that off the crank will come off.
IF there isn't a cover that unsnaps over IT-then U need a special slotted tool that goes behind the crank & pushes the C clip off-IT slides in right behind the window crank-ITS just a thin piece of metal that's slotted 2 push the clip off .
