I simply used the end of my nailclippers to slide it out. I waited 2 months to fix it cause I thought I needed a special tool, but you don't. Boy did I feel foolish. You could also just use a flathead screwdriver. Good Luck.

Do not use undue force or a cracked windshield will result!
