To replace the back speakers in a 2006 Acura TL, remove the SRS housing on both sides and the back panel of the speakers. Remove all wiring attached to the speakers and replace.
Yes, you will need a screwdriver though, and a smart idea is to put the srews on the back magnet of the speaker
I had a very hard time with my back speakers. I had to remove the back seats so I could remove the parcel shelf and speakers. Then I did the same thing in reverse with my new speakers lol. I am NOT looking forward to doing the front speakers/tweeters. Haha Khloe :)
The back seat has to come out and the seat back and the package tray has to also come out and then you can get to the bolts that hold the speakers in at the back, as far as the door speakers you have to take the inside door panels off and then you can get to the bolts to the door speakers.

My '98 Dakota Sport has 6.5" round speakers in the doors. I think the speakers behind the seats are 5.25". When I was at Wal-Mart, their book said that the door speakers and the back speakers were both 6.5" round. So I purchased four 6.5" speakers. When I got to the back speakers, they were not 6.5", but, in fact, 5.25" or 5.5" round.
the front speakers are 6 by 9 but im not sure abot the ones in the back!! I believe the back speakers are 5 1/2 inch round
Use a screwdriver to pry open the speakers casing. Then, disconnect the speakers and slide them out. Connect the new ones, slide them back in and screw the casing back on. It's that simple. You will need a flat tip screwdriver as well as a cross point screwdriver for this job. Use it to pry your speaker covers off and then unscrew the screws holding in the speakers. Disconnect the speakers and plug in the new ones. Slide the speakers back into place and put the covers back on.
The back speakers I know are a 6 x 9.
i believe the door speakers are 4x6 inch and the back speakers are 6x9 inch but i am not sure.
The speakers in the back is 6x9
If the back lights on a Peugeot 206 are not working, make sure the bulbs are new. If the bulbs are not the problem, there could be an issue with the fuse.
