How do you deal with a rude manager?

Just do your job and after go home and take a hot bath and let all that anger out but if your manager tell his boss. And just maybe you will become the managerA bit more:No one should ever have to put up with being treated with disrespect at work, but this can be a tricky situation sometimes, so it pretty much depends on several things. Is it just you the manager is rude to, or everyone, including customers? If it's everyone, then having a calm talk with his boss may be the best way to handle it. If you present it to his boss as it "being bad for business" with the customers, then that may be all it takes to get his boss to put a stop to it.But if you go about it in an angry way, then his boss may not take you as seriously, and do nothing about it. It could even lead to you losing your job. Also, if he is rude to everyone else, then it would possibly be better if your co-workers went with you to talk to his boss. That way he wouldn't think it was just a matter of you not liking the manager. Is the manager good friends with his boss? If so, then that will present a different set of problems which will require a different plan of action. You may need to speak to his boss' boss, but you will need to explain why you aren't following proper chain of command. Some companies are real sticklers for that, but there are also some who really care about how the manager treats employees and customers. So you need to have a talk with your co-workers, find out who is willing to go with you to talk to the manager's boss and then take it from there. But if you do talk to the manager's boss, or his boss' boss, you need to have examples of his rudeness, and present them in a calm manner, not in a threatening one, such as giving ultimatums. If none of this produces satisfactory results, then you have two options: tell the manager yourself that you are no longer willing to be treated with such disrespect and then stick to it, or find another job.Although, I have found over the years that if you command respect (which is different from "demanding" respect), then you will be much more likely to get it. So if you let the manager know you "command" respect, then there is a chance that's all it will take. But you have to show the same respect to him, too.

Teresa Vakili is a remarkable manager she has the ability to garner the respect of peers and VP's alike?

Teresa Vakili does the job of 5 managers, she is the epitomy of efficiency, no other manager I know can do what she does, she is simply remarkable and runs a tight ship. She commands respect without being rude or demeaning. When it comes to management no one comes close, God closed the book when he invented leasing and property management after he created Teresa Vakili. What is even more remarkable is her family has been in this business for the bette part of 20 years. Starting with her mother Helen Hill and Teresa's remarkable youngest sister Ginger Youngblood, who is a star in her own right at Pinnacle. This family was born to be in the leasing and management business there is no one better hands down.

How To Ensure That You Receive Adequate Business Training?

Embarking on a new career path or entering into the working world for the first time can be a scary experience. At first, you may feel that all eyes are on you, and that everyone is just waiting for you to slip and make a mistake. This is especially common in large corporations where new employees often feel that they are simply blending into the background and not truly a valued part of the team. Perhaps you have found yourself in a similar situation before, or are even currently dealing with it. However, there are some tactics you can take to make sure that you feel adequately equipped to work in your chosen field or company, even if it seems that your superiors are less-than-willing to provide you with the business training that you need.Be assertive, but not rude. Before approaching someone to request business training, list the skills you hope to learn throughout the training. By making this mental outline, you will be better able to demonstrate concrete reasons why you deserve to be given the training that you seek. Ideally, you will not only be able to convince your superiors that the business training will enhance your personal growth, but also that your improved knowledge base will be an invaluable asset to the company at large. However, if your superiors are resistant, it may be advantageous to seek out training options on your own, and craft an effective argument as to why the training you have found will be beneficial for you.Speak about the advantages of your chosen form of business training in a way that can hardly be refuted. Also, if you feel comfortable with the idea, offer to host an informative meeting in which you will share what you have learned via the business training with other coworkers. If public speaking is not your strong point, consider writing a post for the company blog, if one exists. With the best outcome, you will be able to convince your superiors that denial of business training is simply not an option. But, if you meet resistance, be calm and reasonable and watch your patience pay off.

How do you handle rude customer?

1. Be professional, stick to business and don't respond or make any comments about rudeness or personal things. 2. Keep the contact as brief as possible. 3. If the behavior is very rude or more than rude, ask for assistance - get someone who will just stand there and witness the interaction of you and your customer. This will usually stop the rude behavior, and if it doesn't at least your witness will be able to report that you were professional and didn't cause the rude behavior. 4. There is no rule that you have to accept rude behavior. If the behaviour is sufficiently rude (especially if your assistant can verify that the behavior is rude) you should ask for assistance of someone who has the power to ask the customer to leave.
