There is not a distributor on a Mitsubishi Mirage. It uses two coils that are located on top of the valve cover. one coil provides spark for two cylinders.

The Mirage could have a leaking valve cover. Wash the engine off at a car wash, then keep a careful check to see where the oil is coming from, then you will know what needs to be replaced.
Just the bumper cover, or the reinforcement bar also? The cover goes on with either pins that go in and expand, couple of screws. If the whole assembly, a couple of bolts on each frame rail. Depends on what you are working with.
Take the bolts out remove bummper install new reinstall bolts
