Remove Wheel.
Remove caliper - there are two 14 mm bolts that go through the caliper into the caliper pins. Remove these bolts and lift the caliper off the pads. You may need to collapse the caliper piston - slightly - to remove the caliper. To do this - use a screwdriver between the pads and rotor to push the piston back DO NOT pry on the piston.
Once the caliper is off, tie it to the strut spring with a piece of wire - don't let it hang on the rubber brake line.
Remove the two bolts holding the caliper plate 17mm they are tight - approx 70 ft lbs.
Remove the caliper plate - now the rotor should come off - you may need to hit it with a rubber mallet (or a hammer since you are replacing it). On some vehicle enough rust builds up on the back of the rotor making it difficult to get over the hub. So be patient.
Install the new rotor - CLEAN - and install the Caliper mounting plate - torque 70 ft lbs.
After gently cleaning any sand/grit from around the rubber piston seals, use a c-clamp on the pad to collapse the piston all the way back into the caliper.
Remove the caliper pins and clean and lubricate with brake grease.
reinstall the pins - install the new pads into the caliper plate (don't forget to re-install the old or install the new {if they came with your new pads} the "renew pad warning squealers" that clip on the bottom of each pad - re-install the shims (if any) and coat the back of the pads lightly with anti-squeal compound, available at most auto parts stores, to avoid brake chatter/squeal.
Slide the caliper over the pads and re-install the bolts - I think it 20 ft lbs.
Put wheel back on - Lug nut torque 80 ft lbs.
Remember- because you collapse the caliper - they need to readjust - so the brake pedal will go to the floor - the first time -- a couple of pumps and your done.

How do you get the front brake rotor off 2003 Camry?

I have an 03 Camry as well... I'll suppose you are starting with the car supported and the front wheels off... Remove the brake caliper by removing the 2 bolts behind the rotor securing the caliper to the caliper bracket. Swing the caliper up and off of the rotor and secure out of the way...do NOT let the caliper hang by the brake hose. The brake rotor should just slip straight out from the hub...if not use a hammer to tap around the outer edge to release the rust between the hub and the rotor...
