As far as I know all Honda and Acura cars have belts. With a chain the chain, cam gear and crank gear must be changed and with belt only the belt needs changed.

Depends on the year and engine size. Up through 2002 all Honda engines used a cam belt as far as I know. Beginning in 2003 all 4 cylinders used a cam chain and the V6 uses a cam belt.
