You mean the Throttle Position Sensor... If you are trying to find it, its real easy, Locate the throttle cable that's attached to the throttle body, the TPS is located right across from that, you cant miss it.

Why do you want to locate the idle control valve? is it cutting out at junctions? Best thing to do is remoove the throttle body, clean all the black gunge out, especially between the throttle plate and the side wall. Refit it and away you go.
