excercise, like cardio/dancing workouts, drink lots of water dont eat any sugar and dont intake carbohydrates from anything but fruits and vegetables. instead of eating 3 large meals a day eat 4 - 6 small meals a day, that reduces the amount of calories you take in. exercise for at least 3 - 4 hours a day it can be seprate because you dont want to over work yourself and it some protein and fiber with every meal. try to only eat about 600 calories per day and that should help you might not lose 20 pounds but you will lose some wieght!
if you lost 4 pounds each week and you wanted to lose 40 than you would have to do that for 10 weeks.
you dont that would be way to unhealthy to lose in a month
Losing 5 pounds in 2 weeks isn't hard at all...although it is recommended that you only lose 4 pounds in 2 weeks. To lose the 5 pounds work out one hour a day, eat about 750 calories less than your recommended value(ie if an online calculator tells you that you need 2750 per day then only eat 2000), and avoid WHITE carbs at all costs!
You took in less calories than you burned
One to two pounds per week is good to aim for, no more than that. Less than that is still good.
My wife and I have both had great success in losing more than 30 pounds each in ten weeks, all without exercise, just by substantially reducing the amount of sugar we eat daily. If you can add some exercise your 37 pounds in 10 weeks is definitely achievable, but you will need to get serious about understanding what foods have sugar. Sugar is also addictive, so it can be challenging in the first four weeks, but definitely, worth the effort. Give it a try, you dont have anything to lose other than excess pounds.
To lost 10 pounds in 2 week, one would have to expend 35,0000 calories more than they took in. It is possible to lose this amount, but it could be harmful to your health. This rate of loss is not recommended.
Oh, I don't know - how about cutting off one leg? Be serious. If you lose 15 pounds in 2 weeks, you may very well end up in the hospital, depending on how much you weigh now. The only way to reliablly lose weight is to exercise more, and eat less. Even if you stopped eating all together, your body would not let you lose 15 pounds in two weeks - that's better than a pound a day, and you would probably go into a coma before you could finish. Don't try it.
Some patients who are more than 100 pounds overweight lose weight very quickly. This is especially true in the first year after bariatric surgery.
A calorie is a calorie, no matter what source you get it from. That is, if you consume more calories than you burn, then you will gain weight; if you consume less calories than you burn, then you will lose weight.
It is possible to lose 30 pounds in 44 days with the right diet and exercise plan. That is a loss of less than one pound per day.
The best way to lose ten pounds in one month is to sweat. Sweating can make you lose a very large amount of water weight very quickly.
