When you are young, it's harder for you to lose weight but you still can do so, but in small amounts. Have a healthy diet, cut down on snacks, oily, sweet, salty and fried foods. Exercise regularly. When I say regularly, try to do it at least 4 time a week, each session lasting about one to two hours. If you are really thin, you won't lose weight by exercising, but instead, gain muscle.
