∙ 13y agoskin potatoes, cut potatoes in to chunks, boil potatoes until a fork glides through them with out much resistance-but still firm. Drain water reserve some to add back in along with milk and butter , MASH potatoes add liquids, whip (or stir vigorously) until desired consistency. Amount of liquid depends on how stiff or firm you like your potatoes.
