Pull the window crank. It just snaps on and off. Remove two philipps head screws from the arm rest. Tilt the arm rest up about 90 degrees or so and the top part of it will pull out from the door. Remove three phlilps head screws from the door latch handle/ door lock plate. Slide it forward. Do not remove the rods to the ltch handle or door lock(you can get it off with out removing them. Pull the door panel out starting with the bottom. I has 12 or so push in plastic locks. BE VERY CAREFUL not to rip them out of the door panel. Now its time to just gently twist the latch/lock plate throught the panel and remove it.
You would need to remove the window regulator, and the motor. Replace them both and drill a hold through your door panel where the crank will come out.

you need to remove the inner door panel. Usually pop grommets but may be screwed. That will give you acess to the crank and the inner workings of the door to remove and connect a power window if needed.
You can remove the window crank handle by just using a simple shop rag. How you do this you slide the rag(unfolded) between the door panel and window crank and rotate around the window crank until you snag the clip that is retain the window crank. The clip is a simple wire clip shaped like a "C" To reinstall you place the clip back in the groove on window crank and press back on the window regualtor shaft
General Chevy info, remove door hande bezel, remove armrest, remove window crank if it has manual windows.(there is a clip on the crank) Start at the bottom and gently pry panel up pulling plasic clips out of holes in door. When panel is loose it will lift off of window ledge. If you have power windows or locks you will have to unplug the switches carefully
