The radiator support on a 91 Accord is a welded on part. Removal requires removing the bumper, headlamps, and fenders. Once these parts are out of the way you must drill out the spot welds that hold it to the frame rails and apron. The new piece must them be fitted and welded in place. On a 91 Accord (and nearly every other Honda) the radiator support is a structural piece and should be replaced under the supervision of a trained profesional.
