How do you remove and replace a speedometer cable in a 1988 Blazer?

Remove the cable housing from the rear of the speedo and pull the cable out, then take it loose at the trans and remove the piece that is broken off. Get a new cable and when reinstalling it grease it good with special speedo grease.
