The trim is usually made of plastic with a chrome tape over it.
Most anything can be added aftermarket, it is just a matter of finding a reputable place to do it.
Talk to a salvage yard. also you can try calling a local glass replacement company ,some of them offer new trim kits and installation.

Remove your wiper arms, chrome trim and leaf guard below our windshield. Disconnect hoses from A/C housing. Unbolt A/C housing. Remove old Heater Core and put everything back. I'm not anykind of mechanic and I did this a few day sago on my '87. Enjoy
you have to remove to entire headlight assembly 2 screws on top and 2 nuts on the backside of assembly that go through metal panel
Underneath the chrome trim above the license plate. Remove the 4 or 5 screws that hold the trim in place and the chime will be the round speaker attached next to the license plate light.
Answer Trim moulding is easily removed with a heat gun. A good hair dryer might work, but a heat gun is much hotter and gets the job done faster.
02-07 will all interchange and fit but i think 04-07 has clear turnsignals and chrome trim and the older has amber lenses and body colored trim to look good youll have to replace both sided

Remove upper door trim panel using tool J38778 to pry out the retainer at the top. Lift the upper door trim panel in order to remove. Disconnect the wire harness from the tweeter.
