There are some screws in the area where the door handle is located (at least 2) and there may be two others in the panel elsewhere (don't remember). Also there are one or two near the mirror. Then starting at the bottom of the door, start prying the plastic part of the panel away from the metal frame. There are about 5 plastic connectors (flanged on the panel side and barbed on the frame side). If you get them apart enough to get a needle nose pliers in, it will give some more leverage. Try to pull on the barbed side since if the flanged side breaks you'll need new connectors (but I'm sure they're fairly cheap). There are about three more up each side. Once these are loose, the top of the panel can be lifted away from the frame.
