Remove the tire and wheel from your 1995 Chevy S 10 pickup truck. Remove the ball joint retaining nut. Pound the ball joint out with a hammer.

Remove the tire and wheel from your 1999 Chevy Lumina. Remove the nut on the top of the ball joint. Pound the ball joint out with a hammer. Reverse the process to install the new ball joint.
A chevy 3500 truck is not front wheel drive, so it does not have CV joints.
you need a pickle fork to drive between the control arm and the ball joint to separate them.
once have ball joint loose have to drill/remove the rivits holding it in, will be replaced with bolts/nuts
Jack up and support the right front of the vehicle. Remove the wheel/tire. Remove the brake caliper and hang the caliper with a piece of wire out of the way. Remove hub/rotor assembly. Remove backing plate and spindle. Slide out axle assembly. Replace u-joint as you would on a driveshaft. Assemble in reverse order.
Unbolt/remove driveshaft. Use U-joint press to remove old U-joint, install new and replace driveshaft.
remove axle nut in center of wheel before jacking it up then raise and support vehicle on stands and remove front tire then caliper and rotor then rotor mounting bracket remove bottom ball joint from the front spindle and you should be ready to pull the axle out then just reverse these steps to reinstall. hopefully this helps you
Remove u-joint clip (CV Joint), remove as an assembly, press bearing out.
Remove the bolts that hold the drive shaft on to the universal joint on each end.
