I've had that happen to my Isuzu Ascender. The thing that worked for me was turn car off and remove key find the fuse to the radio/CD player and pull it out turn car on for a second (radio & CD player will not turn on at all because the fuse is out) put the fuse back in turn car on- hopefully you can eject the CD now.

F1 is a 25A fuse and it is listed as audio F8 is a 5A fuse listed for the Radio F20 is a 5A Fuse listed as audio
splice the blue amp wire on the harness to the power wire, your car came with a factory amp. that will give you sound.
