# Unlatch the two lever-lock latches on the interior, above the visors. You may want to make sure the front of the top comes loose from the windshield frame before moving on to step 2, especially if it's been a while since the top was down. # Exit the vehicle and start unzipping. The rear window and the large windows on the sides zip out, and should be removed prior to lowering the soft top. # At the rear corners of the Jeep you will find that the top is tucked into a channel. Un-tuck it. # Go back to the front of the rig and push the front edge of the top to the back, it will fold (relatively) neatly across the top of the tailgate. # Enjoy the sunshine! If you'd like to remove it completely now that it's down, just remove the bolts that attach the frame to the body. They're located in the back of the bed and will require a Torx driver.
