remove the spark plug wires from the top of the engine, just pull, use a socket (im not sure if its a 5/8 or what size) and an extender, then just turn counter clock wise and there you go. repeat the process for the rest. install is the reverse, and make sure to no tighten too much as you will damage the head of the engine
You do not need to remove the fuel rail to remove the spark plugs.
