Spray the area around the plug liberally with Liquid Wrench or other quality penetrating oil and let it sit for at least 2 hours. The Liquid Wrench will penetrate the threads. Now try to turn the plug counterclockwise just a little. Once it moves spray some more penetrating oil on the plug. Use lots of penetrating oil. Then turn it back in. Repeat this process of turning it out and in over and over. You may only be able to turn it 1/8" at a time but just keep at it. Eventually it will more than likely come out. If you cannot move the plug the very first try, then get a can of electronics spray duster like you use to clean a computer keyboard and turn the can upside down. Spray the spark plug with this which will be very cold. This may cause the plug to shrink just enough to start it turning. If you can ever get it to move a little then the back and forth process will eventually work. Just be patient and keep at it. I once spent about 45 minutes getting a spark plug out of a Mazda Rotary engine. If you cannot get the plug to move at all I suggest you seek professional help with this as you may end up have the repair the threads with a heli-coil. Possibly the plug was cross threaded when it was installed. Once you get it out use anti-sieze when installing the new plugs.
...just unstick-it!
To remove the stuck spark plugs, you can break them loose and then start to get them tighter as you rotate them out. The ratchet wrench can also be used to remove the stuck spark plugs.

The wipers on my 1998 Honda Civic were stuck on low so I assumed it was the switch and replaced it, but the problem continued. The local Honda dealer told me that I should replace the motor, which I did, and the problem was fixed.
