The radiator fan motor is conected to the shroud by 4 -10 mm screws. remove them and lower fan motor bracket down to allow access to the electrical connection from the motor it is a press fit with a latch. With electrical disconnected lift up and out of the engine compartment. After it is out there are three screws holding motor to bracket. The fan blade is attached by one nut -left hand thread.
Remove the wiring harness from the back of your 1995 Oldsmobile Cutlass blower motor. Remove the blower motor retaining bolts. Remove the fan from the front of the blower motor. Reverse the process to install your new blower motor.
It's on the firewall up high on the passenger side. You may need to remove the alternator to get it out.

Caution do not bend the fins on the blower motor. Its a tight fit but will come out with the right angle
