The entire assembly should lift out from around the instrument cluster. Remove the 4 screws on the cluster (same size as the others) and lift the cluster. Lay the cluster down upside down and CAREFULLY unplug the cluster. One Blue, One Black connector. VIOLA! it's out. Replace in the reverse order.
