In order to remove the speakers, you must remove the "Dash Pad". It's held in place with clips and a couple screws. Start by pushing up in the center of the dash pad. Then remove the screws.

ok i have a 1979 grand prix so if your talking about the dash board in your car there should be little black screws running arould your dash board.Look in the corners and the outside trim of your dash board.
First you have to pop the speaker grill off of the dash. Then you have to remove 2 screws that hold the speaker in place. Then you have to lift the piece of plastic on the outside of the clip and pull the wire out. Voila! Doug
depending on which you are trying to change i know the rear seat needs to be removed to access the rear speakers. there is no other way to remove the rear dash and or grilles
You need to remove the rear seat to access the speakers and remove the covers.
A 2002 Grand Prix dashboard is held on by several mounting screws and clips. Find all the screws and remove them. Take the dash and pull it back.
