remove seat belt bolts and pull it out. the rest is just held in with tabs. Second option: Forget taking the door apart - just remove the two bolts holding the latch assembly to the door - Pull the latch assembly out far enough to see the pin that goes through the broken handle - drive the pin out far enough to remove the handle - insert new handle that you just removed from the replacement latch assembly - drive pin back in - Throw the rest of the replacement kit away since all that was broken was a tab on the handle you just replaced.
You will need to remove the door panels, and look up in the door at the handle you will see two nuts that hold the handle and a plastic clip on a rod, remove those and replace handle.

if you push your door panel back and look down in between the door panel and the window handle there will be a little clip that you have to remove. sometimes you can get it with a screwdriver but they make a special tool for it. most body repair shops or car audio shops will have them and sometimes you can get them to pop that clip out for you for a tip.
Take off the interior door panel, and all will become clear. There will be a rod running down to the door mechanism, and there should be two nuts, on studs. Remove the nuts, and the studs will pull out with the old handle.
