Remove the screws that hold the small panel that holds the power lock/window switches. Unplug the harness to the power window/lock switches. Remove the panel behind the door handle/lock. Carefully remove the red reflector at the back of the door and remove the screw behind it. Carefully pop the tweeter panel (not sure what its exactly called, but its on the other side of the mirror.)and unplug the tweeter. If the car had manual windows, use a window crank tool to remove the horseshoe clip behind it and pull the crank off. Use a interior panel fastener remover to pop out the plastic fasteners that hold the door in place. Once all the fasteners are loose, push up and towards the window (Carefully!) and remove the panel. If the car has manual mirrors, pull the cable out of the hole, remove the plastic ring, and push it back through the door panel. Hope this helps, I have done this more times than I would have liked to, but now I have it pretty much memorized. :)
