I just took one out of a 95 4 door Ford Escort today. I took the molding off around the track and motor then unpluged the wires at the top by the start of the track and one down at the motor. You will want to disconnect your battery before you do any of this. Then take all the bolts off with a socket wrench, theres some screws. After you pull the motor out there will be a small wire pluged in behind it, it pulls right off.
