(203mm) C-clamp on the caliper and tighten the clamp to bottom the caliper pistons in their bores. Remove the clamp. # Remove the two caliper slide pin bolts and lift the caliper from the anchor plate.
NOTE
Use care to retain as much of the original caliper slide pin grease as possible.
# Position the caliper on a frame member or suspend it with some wire. Do not allow the caliper to hang by the brake hose. # Remove the front disc brake caliper anchor plate. # On 4x4 vehicles, remove the brake disc. # On 4x2 vehicles, remove the hub grease cap, cotter pin, nut retainer, spindle nut, front wheel outer bearing retainer washer, wheel bearing and brake disc and hub.
To install: # On 4x4 vehicles, position the brake disc to the wheel hub. # On 4x2 vehicles, thoroughly clean and inspect the front wheel bearings and the brake disc and hub. # On 4x2 vehicles, lubricate the front wheel bearings. # On 4x2 vehicles, install the inner front wheel bearing and a new wheel hub grease seal. # On 4x2 vehicles, install the brake disc and hub. # Install the spindle nut # Tighten the spindle nut while rotating the brake disc and hub to 20 ft. lbs. (30 Nm). # Loosen the spindle nut. # Tighten the spindle nut while rotating the brake disc and hub. # On 4x2 vehicles, install the nut retainer, cotter pin and hub grease cap. # Install the brake caliper and the slide pin bolts and tighten them to 24 ft. lbs. (32 Nm). # Install the wheel.

Front or rear, remove wheel, remove caliper, remove caliper bracket, remove rotor.
Remove your front axles.
First remove the right and left tires, and then proceed to remove the rotors. After you have replaced the rotors put them back on.
pull off the front wheels. remove the calipers. remove the two screws that hold on the rotors. replace the rotors and reverse the procedure.

you have to pull the locking hubs off, lay a clean towel out and lay everything in the order you pull it out as there are several keepers and snap rings then you will have to use an axle nut socket and pull a big nut out, then the outer bearing. you will have to get new seals with your rotors and repack the bearings
