Carefully, with a tiny screwdriver, deopress the tabs on moulding around the door release handle. There are that will expose a bolt holding the panel on. Then carefully pop up the cap covering the window and door controls. Just pry it up carefull with a little scew driver. It will expose another bolt to remove. You will have to disconnect the windo/wmirror wiring by releasing the side clips.
Next pop the rectangular cap covering the scews inside the grab handle. Remove. Now it will pop off if you slowly start at one end. Top by the mirror and work around. Then it just lifts off. This link has pictures and all the answers you need:

The interior door panel is held in place by 10 retaining clips and two screws. Remove the screws of which can be found by the door handle. Pry outward on each retaining clip to remove the door panel.
