Remove the bolts and lift the fan shroud, and fan and fan clutch from the vehicle. 7. Raise the vehicle. 8. Remove the underbody splash shield, if so equipped. 9. Compress the clamps and slide away from the radiator. Twist the transmission oil cooler hoses and remove from the radiator. 10. Disconnect the lower radiator hose from the radiator. 11. Lower the vehicle. 12. Remove the bolts retaining the support brackets to the radiator support. Lift the radiator support brackets upwards and away from the radiator. 13. Remove the radiator from the vehicle.

you will have to support engine for this i have found...next drain your coolant and undue hoses. remove font engine mount that is located near the trans and in front of starter...should look like a big circle...then loosen and remove the ac pump but do not remove the ac lines as this will evacuate the system and do so in a hurry....then there will be 2-3 holes in the upper core support leading to the upper radiator retaining mounts...remove the bolt and you should see the radiator "lean" forward making it accessible......depending on year or originality of the vehicle you will have transmission line to remove, if not then you can now lift out the radiator.

Hello, Here is the procedure for replacing the radiator in a T-100 pick up: 1. Allow the T100's engine to cool enough that you can place your palm flat on the radiator cap without burning your hand. Pop the hood. Remove the corner lenses using the Phillips-head screwdriver, and twist out the bulb using your hands. Remove the grille with the Phillips-head screwdriver. 2. Put the drain pan below the radiator. Open the petcock on the radiator using your hands and let the coolant empty into the pan. Remove the upper radiator hose clamp with a flat-head screwdriver and pull the line off the radiator. Repeat on the lower radiator hose. 3. Unbolt the fan shroud from the core support using a 3/8-inch ratchet and socket. Remove the oil cooler lines on the radiator with a line wrench if you have a T100 with an automatic transmission. 4. Unbolt the radiator from the core support using the 3/8-inch ratchet and socket. Pull it up and out of the core support with both hands. 5. Install the new radiator and replace/reconnect all of the vital radiator components that were removed in the previous steps. 6. Fill the radiator with new coolant. Watch for any leaks that may occur.

It is a real pain. First you have to take the fan shroud off. It clips in 4 slots on the radiator two are snapped in. Pull on the tabs and then push up and remove the fan shroud through the bottom of the car. This will give you access to the radiator. The radiator support has 4 bolts that need to be removed from the bottom. Then it takes some moving around to get it free, the whole radiator slides to the left. It took my friend 3 hours and he is a mechanic, they really bury the radiator on this car. It comes out from the bottom the plastic that you see on top isn't how you remove it.

When removing the alternator you have to first remove the radiator. Disconnect all hoses leading to the radiator. After disconnecting the alternator and in order to get it out of the engine area, bring it through the area from where you removed the radiator. After installing the new alternator, set the radiator in place and attach all hoses and wires. it took me about 3 hours If you just remove A/C compressor (4 bolts), loosen tensioner, and remove belt. Disconnect wires. A/C compressor pulls to the side. Remove front bolt on alt. Loosen rear bolt on alt. Tap or pry alt towards front of car. Alt will come right out of bottom of car. You will need to remove dust shield. Took me 25 mins to change it
