How do you remove the rear seat headrests on a 2005 Chevrolet Equinox?

It's not in the owner's manual. I recently purchased a used 2005 Equinox myself and needed to remove the rear seat headrests to allow my child booster seats to position correctly. After an extensive internet search I found the anwer at: http://answers.Yahoo.com/question/?qid=20070513143128AALmM37 I used a small finishing nail for this procedure and was able to successfully remove my Equinox's rear headrests. Answer: Raise the head restraint to the full-up position (beyond the highest fixed position). Insert a small nail into the guide hole (located on the opposite side from the adjusting button).
