Unfortinatly you have to cut it of. There isn't a sleeve like the DownPipe. Get a Downpipe-back exhaust, or cat-back!

The car can not go fast enough to hit the governer on it. i have been up to 135 in my passat engine never cut out edit: i beg to differ with this answer i took my 99 passat GLS out on the highway and hit 135 the engine shut down until my speed dropped to like 95ish so there is a governor and these cars CAN and WILL hit the max speed i know people that race them and they will tell you the same thing
