the Yamaha symbol underneath your headlight is your fuse box, remove the two screws and there they are. there are also some relays underneath your seat if you havn't already found those.
A person can remove the seat on Yamaha BW350 motorcycle by depressing the release under the edge of the seat. The seat can then be raised and removed from the bike.

I'm not sure about the Virago 700, but on the 535 it's under the right side-cover, under the seat, clinging to the side of the under-seat gas tank. If in doubt, follow the thick positive wire from your battery, it goes straight into the relay.
