1) DISCONNECT BATTERY 2) remove airbag by loosening bolts behind steering wheel. handle airbag carefully, it contains explosives. unplug wiring harness from air bag and set airbag aside with wire harness facing down, pad facing up, in safe location. 3) remove steering column shroud and disconnect steering wheel wiring cable. 4) put match marks on wheel and column to use when re-installing. 5) remove large nut in center of steering wheel. wiggle steering wheel side to side until it loosens and can be pulled toward you. 6) on the back of the wheel is a spiral spring assembly. hold the wheel as if it were still on the car. reach around and gently twist the spiral spring assembly left or right until it locks in the center position. store wheel with spring assembly up. 7) reverse 5 - 1 to re-install.

The front wheel bearing is a sealed unit with the wheel hub - replace the hub and wheel bearing unit. Remove the four bolts from the rear of the steering knuckle that connect to the hub bearing unit.

If the car has an airbag in the steering wheel then take it to a professional mechanic to have it done. If you try to do it yourself then it may come out and cause serious damage. Trust me.
Depending on the year, but i have a 95 and there are screws going around the outside ov the door panel remove those
You need a new turn signal cam. It's inside your steering column, requiring you to remove your steering wheel (that requires a special $15 tool). I'd just live with it.
