1st block the front tires with wood or something to stop it from rolling.
2nd. Using a jack, lift up the rear end of the truck
3rd. loosen and remove bolts that hold tire in place, there will be 6 or 8 on each tire
4th. Remove tire, this will expose the brake drums.
5th. Use a hammer and hit the drum on the outside face every 5 or 6 inches clockwise till it comes loose . It will pull right off once loose.
Note! These drums can be very difficult to remove depending on how long they have been on..

yes they will. in addition to the larger 10 inch drums (should have cooling fins on the exterior of the drums) you will need a set of 10 inch brake shoes.

If you're talking about the brake drums, (which need to be removed to inspect or replace the brake shoes inside), they just slide off. First, remove the wheel. Next, wiggle and pull the brake drum (the dinner-plate sized cast-iron bowl-shaped cover) with both hands until it slides off the lugnut studs. Now you can inspect the brake parts.
