I just replaced a 1987 marquis PS pump, it should be similar. It's under the alternater on the battery side of the engine. Loosen the belt from the alternater slot, remove the bolts and lift the alt. aside. Remove several bolts attaching the PS pump and bracket and the 2 hoses. The hardest part is getting the belt pulley off which requires a puller kit and a lot of luck. I used an air gun and still was hard. replace the cheap hose on the bottom while your at it. Note which side the bracket is on so when going back on the belt will line up correctly. Good Luck
