the door hinge pin i dont think can be replaced.the whole hinge has to be.ive had 3 chevys.a 1983,1985,and now i own a 1996 with the same prob,you should be able to get it in a boneyard or junkyard however you word it.shouldnt be much but they dont like to take part off of doors.or call a dealer.and no you dont and engine hoist to take the take of but mark it well so you can put the hinge back in the proper place

I just don't know if you have to impact hammer them from the top down or bottom up. I think its from the top down. post back if this is right or not.
