Best bet is to take it to the dealer. You will anyways because the airbag light will come on and need to be reset by the dealer anyway. Also, you have to take the steering colum down, the dash board out and everything conected to it. Then take out the "black box" with the heater core in it, dis asemble it, replace the heater core the put the black box together, reinstall it inthe vehicle, the put the dash back together and the steering colum. Take note where the vacuum lines go and connect them before you put the dash in. One day to take apart, one day to put together. GOOD LUCK! Go see your chiropractor when your done!

The heater core is inside the Hvac housing, under the dash.

Heater blower motor running continuously. Check the heater resistor pack.

Seldom is a heater core repairable. Replace the heater core with a new one.
