Disconnect battery to prevent getting an accidental 25,000 volt shock from lamp socket. Remove the plastic cover which extends across the top of radiator beam from left fender to right fender after removing plastic retaining pins. Each lamp has a cover that unscrews after removing security torx screw. Each bulb has a socket called an igniter in the manual. Right bulb is easy to get at after removing filler neck bolt, washer fluid dipstick for window washer and flexing washer fluid neck out of the way towards center of engine. Tuck it under Power Steering hose to stay down. Remove the security screw and remove cover, turning CCW facing windshield. Remove lamp socket/igniter CCW facing front of vehicle. Spring clip holds lamp in. Observe that it has a hook on your left facing windshield, press down and out to pivot out of the way to remove lamp.
Reverse procedure to install new lamp.
Left side/drivers side requires small upright air deflector to be removed. It's held in place by small plastic pin on top and rubber grommet on bottom. Also you need to remove small 90 degree air cleaner input snout. This snout is held in by an o-ring, just wiggle and pull up to remove. This gives you access to lamp cover. Proceed as above to replace left lamp. I believe cover unscrew CW facing windshield. Do not touch lamp glass during process. Reconnect battery and reenter radio code.
To change the low beam lights on a 1991 Acura Integra open the hood and prop it open. Find the headlight housing and locate the smaller bulbs. Pull those off and replace them.
If only the low-beam is out, you will need to replace the low-beam bulb. It is probably not necessary to replace the entire headlight assembly.
