The heater blower is located under the glove box. There are three screws that holdit in place (phillips or about an 8mm socket). Remover the power line first; pull back the carpet and liner a little; remove the screws; pull the blower assembly down. You'll have to gimme it a little to get past the floor frame. They cost about $100 on line or get one from a auto salvager.
