on the bottom of the inner door frame there is a little nub sticking out with two screws. you have to unscrew them and pull the nub out and replace it with a new one

I replaced the starter on my 96' Avenger. It is located right beside the oil filter. To remove the starter I had to take off the oil filter and the part connecting the oil filter to the car.

Downstream O2s are on the outlet side of the catalytic converter(s).
Your switch on your sterring wheel colum is bad. Replace.
