I assume the car your talking about has flip-up headlights. The bulb is the small size twin beam. (I don't remember the number) 1. flip light up 2. remove trim cover screws. 3. remove bezel screws. 4. remove bulb and diconect wire plug. To re-assemble do above in reverse. it is behind the passenger side headlight assembly. you will have to remove the headlight assembly to replace it.

I detail used cars at local dealerships and I have restored many Caravan headlight lenses. I use a product called Crystalenz, it works great and is really easy to use. Dodge does not use inertia/reset switches
It is located behind the radio.
The fuel filter on a 1994 Dodge Stealth is located just outside the gas tank. It is positioned in-line to trap contaminants before they reach the engine.
on a 1993 Dodge Stealth rmove the battery plate and its on the left hand side on the fire wall towards the bottom.
Below the throttle body.
