There are two metal clips behind the each headlight. Pull these upward, and the entire headlight will come out very easily. To replace the bulb, do so without touching the glass parts of the halogen bulb, and replace the headlight. Secure with the two clips. See, it was easy.

There is a fuse box connected to the headlight switch which you can either access from underneath or by removing the instrument panel. The fuse box is connected to the headlight switch by a metal clip with a small retaining screw or pin. The fuse box uses only 4 fuses so you can easily replace them without removing the box from the headlight switch.

Can't get specific without MODEL of 2002 Jaguar. Here is the general replacement procedure for headlight bulb replacement: Purchase the correct replacement headlight bulb(s) first, before disassembling the vehicle. See sources and related links below for replacement bulb information. Then consult your owner's manual for the headlight bulb replacement procedure. As simple as it sounds, the owner's manual is the best place to start for bulb replacement instructions and illustrations. You may want to consider replacing both left and right at the same time in order to keep brightness and color equal (optional).

Its nearly impossible. Well it is possible but you will scratch the bulb, or break it.

If you have to hold the headlight switch out to keep the lights on, then the switch itself is bad. The switch should be a fairly easy part to replace.

you can't get it anywhere else apart from the thieves den plug-in, but you can get the sharpened cutlass, it is the same as the fine steel cutlass in TD including its ID, but that's as close as you will get without downloading TD.

Twist the bulb housing counter clockwise until you can pull it out. Remove the bulb. Take the replacement bulb out of it's packaging WITHOUT TOUCHING IT WITH YOUR FINGERS. Oils from your fingers will damage the unit. Replace by inserting the bulb and housing and twist clockwise.

the front bumper needs to come off in order to take the headlight assemblys out Not true, you can actually replace the drivers side headlight without removing the bumper however its not an easy job. Best thing to do is bring to the dealer which will cost you around 30 bucks to do. Its a pain in the a$$ if you do it yourself though, and is probably not worth your time to do it yourself.

You will have to remove the top fairing as the headlight i believe is bolted onto it. Remove side panels, securing bolts on the frame, and the wiring loom to the top fairing. Just take it slow and dont pull too hard and it will come off fine. I had the ZZR1100 which i think is the European version of the zx11. I replaced my headlight and top fairing without too much problems.

Without disassembling the computer, you cannot. Go to a computer repairman, and ask him if he can get files off it, or make it turn on.
